Fresh Steamed Veggies

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large zucchini
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 1 handful fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 large red onion
  • 35 garlic cloves, minced
  • pinch of sea salt and black pepper
  • 1/21 cup water 
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop all veggies
  2. Add all veggies into a medium pot or pan, add in water, cover with lid and steam on medium heat for 5-10min, until most of the water has dissolved.
  3. Next add steamed veggies to a bowl, season with sea salt and black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Serve steamin hot!
