- 1 cup old fashioned oats, blend oats
- 24 oz frozen mango chunks
- 2 cups nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 3 large medjool dates, remove pits
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender, on medium speed for about 1-2 min, until smoothie is thick and creamy.
