Mango Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats, blend oats
  • 24 oz frozen mango chunks
  • 2 cups nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 3 large medjool dates, remove pits

 


Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender, on medium speed for about 1-2 min, until smoothie is thick and creamy.
