Mango Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 medium mango
  • 1 cups vanilla or plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • drizzle of honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mango and strawberries.
  2. Slice mango in half on both sides of the seed. Set seed aside. Cut mango flesh into chunks. With a spoon, scoop mango chunks out of the skin. Chop the strawberries. Remove the ends.
  3. Scoop 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt into each mango skin.
  4. Add chopped mango chunks, chopped strawberries, and granola on yogurt.
  5. Drizzle the honey on top and Bismillah..Enjoy!
