MANGO PARFAIT / WEEKLY FRUIT PREP
Mango Parfait

Ingredients

- 1 medium mango
- 1 cups vanilla or plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup mango, chopped
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup granola
- drizzle of honey
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mango and strawberries.
- Slice mango in half on both sides of the seed. Set seed aside. Cut mango flesh into chunks. With a spoon, scoop mango chunks out of the skin. Chop the strawberries. Remove the ends.
- Scoop 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt into each mango skin.
- Add chopped mango chunks, chopped strawberries, and granola on yogurt.
- Drizzle the honey on top and Bismillah..Enjoy!
