BERRIES ARE LOW IN CALORIES AND CARBS, MAKING THEM THE PERFECT FRUIT FOR WEIGHT LOSS. Berries are high in vitamin c and antioxidants, and are great for gut health and the heart!

Mixed Berry Smoothie
- Total Time: 5min
Ingredients
- 3 cups mixed berries, frozen
- 2 cups coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 scoop protein powder
- raw honey or stevia for sweetness, optional
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
