Ingredients

  • 3 cups mixed berries, frozen
  • 2 cups coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • raw honey or stevia for sweetness, optional

 


Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
