Pomegranate Elixir

  • 3 pomegranates
  • 1 tsp stevia or raw honey, (optional) for sweetness


  1. Cut pomegranate into quarters, remove white membrane and juice sacs.
  2. Add juice sacs into a blender and mix on high for 10-20 seconds.
  3. Drain juice and discard seeds.
  4. Drink immediately or chill in the fridge, Enjoy!
