Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2–3 lbs beef
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 2 medium red onions
- 3 medium red bell peppers
- 2 large carrots
- 1–2 large heads of broccoli
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup dark mushroom soy sauce
- sea salt/black pepper
- 1/4 cup hot water
Instructions
- Chop all veggies into bite size pieces, mince garlic, set aside.
- Cut beef into 1inch chunks
- Heat a large skillet with 1 tbsp sesame oil, add in beef, season with sea salt/ black pepper, cook for 5 min on high heat until brown.
- Add in minced garlic, chopped onions and red peppers, mix, cook 1 min on high heat.
- Next add in chopped carrots and broccoli florets, mix, cook 1 min on high heat.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup dark mushroom sauce onto stir fry, mix.
- Make a tunnel in middle of pan, add 1/4 cup of hot water to steam veggies, mix into stir fry.
- Season with sea salt/black pepper, add chopped parsley, mix. Enjoy!
