Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 23 lbs beef
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 2 medium red onions
  • 3 medium red bell peppers
  • 2 large carrots
  • 12 large heads of broccoli
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup dark mushroom soy sauce
  • sea salt/black pepper
  • 1/4 cup hot water


  1. Chop all veggies into bite size pieces, mince garlic, set aside.
  2. Cut beef into 1inch chunks
  3. Heat a large skillet with 1 tbsp sesame oil, add in beef, season with sea salt/ black pepper, cook for 5 min on high heat until brown.
  4. Add in minced garlic, chopped onions and red peppers, mix, cook 1 min on high heat.
  5. Next add in chopped carrots and broccoli florets, mix, cook 1 min on high heat.
  6. Drizzle 1/4 cup dark mushroom sauce onto stir fry, mix.
  7. Make a tunnel in middle of pan, add 1/4 cup of hot water to steam veggies, mix into stir fry.
  8. Season with sea salt/black pepper, add chopped parsley, mix. Enjoy!
