DID SOMEONE SAY WAFFLES! Waffles are a family memory of mine. Nothing could be better than a warm and crisp, soft waffle on weekend mornings with fresh blueberries, butter, and pure maple syrup, MMMH, THE BEST!
ONLY 7 INGREDIENTS AND BREAKFAST IS READY!
Oat flour
Baking powder
Pink sea salt
Stevia
Eggs
Oat milk
Coconut oil
HEALTHY WAFFLE TOPPINGS
Fresh berries
Fresh fruit
Natural applesauce
Chopped nuts
Nut butters
Yogurt
Real maple syrup or Honey
Coconut or Almond w hip

WHAT I USE

Blueberry Waffles
- Total Time: 15min
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups oat flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp pink sea salt
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups oat milk
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients, oat flour, baking soda, pink sea salt and stevia in a large bowl, set aside.
- Next mix all wet ingredients, eggs, oat milk, and coconut oil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix.
- Add in blueberries and mix.
- Pour 1-2 cups waffle batter into a hot waffle iron.
- Cook for 2-3 min or, or depending on your waffle iron, until ready/green light comes on.
- Top with more fresh blueberries, sliced bananas, and real maple syrup. Enjoy!
