- 1 small cantaloupe
- 1–2 cups coconut yogurt
- 1/2 small banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup granola
- a drizzle of raw honey, optional
Instructions
- Cut the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds from half of the cantaloupe, wrap the other half and store it in the fridge.
- Fill the half of cantaloupe with coconut yogurt closely to the top, leaving room for the fruit.
- Top with fresh sliced banana, raspberries, blueberries, and granola.
- Drizzle with raw honey. Enjoy!
