Cantaloupe Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 small cantaloupe
  • 12 cups coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 small banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • a drizzle of raw honey, optional

Instructions

  1. Cut the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds from half of the cantaloupe, wrap the other half and store it in the fridge.
  2. Fill the half of cantaloupe with coconut yogurt closely to the top, leaving room for the fruit.
  3. Top with fresh sliced banana, raspberries, blueberries, and granola.
  4. Drizzle with raw honey. Enjoy!
