Ingredients
Scale
- 3 large zucchini
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 handful fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1 large red onion
- 3–5 garlic cloves, minced
- pinch of sea salt and black pepper
- 1/2–1 cup waterÂ
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Chop all veggies
- Add all veggies into a medium pot or pan, add in water, cover with lid and steam on medium heat for 5-10min, until most of the water has dissolved.
- Next add steamed veggies to a bowl, season with sea salt and black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve steamin hot!
