Instructions
- Blend: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Notes
The Bananas: Freeze your bananas ahead of time. I buy them weekly, peel them and pop them into a large zip-lock bag. Bananas can last up to 2-3 months in the freezer! Freezer Friendly: Add fruit and veggies to small zip-lock bags and make individual smoothie bags for the family! My kids love helping out with these and blending their own smoothies in the morning. Smoothie bags last up to 1-2 months in the freezer!
