SPICED SWEET POTATO HOME FRIES / 7 DAYS FAST AND EASY BREAKFAST

WELCOME TO MY 7 DAYS FAST AND EASY BREAKFAST SERIES!

Sweet Potatoes, Delicious And Nutritious! Sweet potatoes are rich in antioxidant called beta carotene, which is very effective at raising blood levels of vitamin A. Sweet potatoes are nutritious, high in fiber, very filling, and delicious.

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST SWEET POTATO HOME FRIES

  1. Keep the skins on.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into equal chunks.
  3. Use fresh, crisp onions and green peppers.
  4. SPICE em up!
  5. Top with fresh herbs.

KEEP THE SKINS ON

THE SKINS ARE IT! They are rich in fiber, nutrients, and antioxidants that can help support a healthy gut, increase feelings of fullness, and prevent chronic disease.

CUT SWEET POTATOES INTO EQUAL CHUNKS

Cutting sweet potatoes into equal chunks allows them to COOK EASILY AND TASTE BETTER! Make sure you have a sharp chef’s knife, to get those perfect chunks!

USE FRESH, CRISP ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPERS

THE FRESHER, THE BETTER! The red onions and green bell peppers tenderize and add a nice flavor and freshness to the sweet potatoes.

SPICE EM UP!

The spice in these sweet potatoes are top notch! I MEAN, COME ON, you cant go wrong with CINNAMON AND SWEET POTATOES, and with the cumin and sweet paprika, it all ties beautifully together!

TOP WITH FRESH HERBS

Last but not least, IT’S GOTTA BE THE FRESH HERBS, Cilantro is my herb of choice, its pungent, bright, lemony, and a little peppery.
