Spicy Kale Stir-Fry

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 small red onion
  • a pinch of pink sea salt
  • 5 cups fresh kale, remove stems
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1.  Sauté chopped garlic and onions in olive oil on medium heat for 1 minute. Season with pink sea salt.
  2. Add in chopped kale, cook 2-3 min until kale is bright green.
  3. Next add in chopped roma tomatoes and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
  4. Mix cover, and steam for 2-3min.
  5. Serve hot and Enjoy!
