Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 small red onion
- a pinch of pink sea salt
- 5 cups fresh kale, remove stems
- 2 roma tomatoes
- a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Sauté chopped garlic and onions in olive oil on medium heat for 1 minute. Season with pink sea salt.
- Add in chopped kale, cook 2-3 min until kale is bright green.
- Next add in chopped roma tomatoes and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
- Mix cover, and steam for 2-3min.
- Serve hot and Enjoy!
