- 1 big slice sourdough bread, toasted
- 1/2 medium avocado, smashed
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 squeeze of lime juice
- 1/4 red onion, minced
- 1/4 green pepper, minced
- 5 grape/cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cilantro, chopped
- cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit, smash the avocado, add fresh lime juice and sea salt, set aside.
- Mince your red onion, green pepper, and chop your cilantro, slice in half your grape/cherry tomatoes, set aside.
- Toast your bread, add smashed avocado mix, minced red onion and green peppers, chopped cilantro, and halved grape/cherry tomatoes. Season with cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
