- 1 cup fresh mixed fruit
- fresh edible flowers
Instructions
- Chop: all fresh fruit, add to a bowl and mix
- Spoon: yogurt into a bowl
- Add: fresh fruit on top and edible flowers
Notes
Fruits: Pick tropical fruits that are sweet and ripe. My favorite for this recipe are strawberries, bananas, mangoes and kiwis.
