- 1 small to medium ripe papaya
- 8oz plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 1/4 cup mango
- 1/4 cup banana
- 1 squeeze of fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
Instructions
- Chop all the fruit into bite size pieces.
- Slice the papaya in half.
- Scoop out the seeds.
- Spoon in the yogurt and chopped fruit on top.
- Add a squeeze of lime and shredded coconut on top.
- Grab a big spoon and enjoy!
