Tropical Papaya Fruit Bowl

  • 1 small to medium ripe papaya
  • 8oz plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pineapple
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1/4 cup mango
  • 1/4 cup banana
  • 1 squeeze of fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut


  1. Chop all the fruit into bite size pieces.
  2. Slice the papaya in half.
  3. Scoop out the seeds.
  4. Spoon in the yogurt and chopped fruit on top.
  5. Add a squeeze of lime and shredded coconut on top.
  6. Grab a big spoon and enjoy!
